Data is shared only with authorized service providers operating under binding data processing agreements, and solely to fulfill the operational and legal obligations of the Company.

Data subjects retain the right to access, correct, port, restrict, or request deletion of their personal information at any time, subject to applicable legal retention requirements. Verified requests may be directed to hello@oaahfashiongroup.com and will be processed within the statutory response windows mandated by the applicable jurisdiction.

Access to and use of any digital property, corporate website, communication channel, or subsidiary storefront operated by OAAHFASHIONGROUP LLC constitutes legal acceptance of these Terms of Service. Users who do not agree with any portion of these Terms must immediately discontinue use of the Company's digital properties.

Intellectual Property. All trademarks, service marks, trade names, logos, brand identities, product imagery, written content, source code, design elements, and proprietary methodologies displayed on or associated with the Company's digital properties remain the exclusive intellectual property of OAAHFASHIONGROUP LLC or its respective licensors. Unauthorized reproduction, redistribution, derivative use, or commercial exploitation of any such intellectual property is strictly prohibited and will be pursued to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

B2B Service Agreements & Refund Policy. All transactions processed are subject to our standard B2B service agreements. Refund requests for contract setups must be submitted in writing within 14 business days of initial invoice provisioning. Recurring monthly retainer engagements may be terminated in accordance with the cancellation and notice provisions specified in the executed service agreement. Refunds, where granted, are issued to the original method of payment, net of any non-refundable third-party costs already incurred on the client's behalf.

Limitation of Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, OAAHFASHIONGROUP LLC, its officers, directors, members, managers, employees, agents, affiliates, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, or loss of goodwill — arising out of or in any way connected with the use of, or inability to use, the Company's services or digital properties.

Indemnification. Users agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless OAAHFASHIONGROUP LLC and its affiliated parties from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to a user's violation of these Terms or misuse of the Company's services.

Governing Law. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Bernalillo County, New Mexico.

OAAHFASHIONGROUP LLC is committed to ethical labor practices and full vendor compliance across every tier of our global supply chain. The Company maintains a formal zero-tolerance policy with respect to forced labor, indentured labor, child labor, human trafficking, and any other practice that violates internationally recognized human rights standards or applicable labor laws.

All manufacturing partners, logistics providers, and third-party vendors engaged by the Company are required to operate in strict accordance with the OAAHFASHIONGROUP Supplier Code of Conduct. This includes, without limitation, adherence to fair wage requirements, lawful working hours, safe and humane working conditions, freedom of association, and the absolute prohibition of any form of involuntary labor.

The Company conducts strict vendor compliance screening prior to onboarding any new supplier and performs annual operational audits on its active vendor network. Audit findings are reviewed by management; material non-compliance results in immediate corrective action plans and, where warranted, the termination of the vendor relationship.

OAAHFASHIONGROUP LLC further commits to ongoing diligence regarding the provenance of raw materials, the legitimacy of manufacturing facilities, and the integrity of intermediary logistics partners, in alignment with internationally recognized supply chain transparency frameworks.

OAAHFASHIONGROUP LLC affirms its full and ongoing commitment to combating money laundering, terrorist financing, sanctions evasion, and financial fraud. The Company cooperates fully with tier-1 financial institutions, regulated payment processors, and competent governmental authorities in all matters pertaining to anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorist financing (CTF) compliance.

The Company strictly enforces Know-Your-Customer (KYC) and Know-Your-Business (KYB) identity verification protocols, including, where applicable, the collection and verification of beneficial ownership information, government-issued identification, corporate registration documents, and source-of-funds documentation, in accordance with applicable banking partner requirements and regulatory mandates.

OAAHFASHIONGROUP LLC complies with all applicable global anti-fraud mandates, including, without limitation, the U.S. Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), the USA PATRIOT Act, sanctions programs administered by the U.S. Department of the Treasury's Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC), and the Financial Action Task Force (FATF) recommendations as adopted within applicable jurisdictions.

The Company maintains internal procedures designed to identify, investigate, and where appropriate report suspicious activity through its banking and payment processing partners. OAAHFASHIONGROUP LLC does not knowingly conduct business with any sanctioned individual, entity, or jurisdiction, and engages exclusively with regulated financial counterparties for the processing of corporate and commercial transactions.
